I did not like my order and I want to return it
From the moment the order arrives, you have 14 calendar days to request a refund. For it, you have to send us an email to info@gurishop.com or use the contact form on our website, indicating the order number and the products you want to return.
After receiving your request, We will send you an email indicating the nearest warehouse where you will have to send the product / s. Remember that you have to return it with the original packaging / box with which it was received.
Los pagos mediante tarjeta serán reintegrados directamente a la tarjeta con la que realizó el pedido. Los pagos realizados mediante contrareembolso serán abonados a una cuenta bancaria que nos indique el cliente de las siguientes entidades: Banco Santander, La Caixa, A Banca o BBVA. En caso de no disponer de cuenta en dichas entidades se realizará el abono mediante giro postal. El giro postal tiene un coste de 5€.
